MMBT8050 and MMBT8550 are SOT-23 plastic package. There are three terminals which represents base, emitter and collector. For switching and amplifier applications, especially suitable for AF-driver stages and low power output stages.They are a low voltage high current small signal transistor, designed for class B push-pull audio amplifier and general purpose applications.
