Stable Electrical Characteristics at High and Low Temperatures

Both series demonstrate outstanding temperature impedance stability:

• Z(+105°C)/Z(+20°C) ≤ 1.25
• Z(–55°C)/Z(+20°C) ≤ 1.25

This ensures minimal performance deviation across a wide thermal range — a key requirement for mission-critical systems.

Passed Environmental Tests

Each capacitor series complies with strict environmental reliability testing:

• Humidity Resistance: 500 hrs at 60°C, 90–95% RH (no voltage)
• Surge Test: 1,000 cycles with voltage surge through protective resistor
• Post-test Stability:
  • Capacitance change ≤ ±20%
  • ESR and leakage current ≤ 150% of initial value
