MMBT8050 and MMBT8550 are SOT-23 plastic package. There are three terminals which represents base, emitter and collector. For switching and amplifier applications, especially suitable for AF-driver stages and low power output stages.

They are a low voltage high current small signal transistor, designed for class B push-pull audio amplifier and general purpose applications. Collector current up to 600mA; Collector-emitter voltage up to 25V.The MMBT8550 transistor is subdivided into two groups C and D according to its DC current gain.

MMBT3904 and MMBT3906 are a bipolar (BJT) small signal transistor in a SOT−23-3 type surface mount package, they are designed for general purpose amplifier and switching applications. The useful dynamic range extends to 100mA as a switch and to 100MHz as an amplifier. As complementary types the NPN transistors MMBT3904 is recommended.
